"Top things to do at Christmas"

The Snowman Orchestra

The Snowman Orchestra is a professional, 26 piece orchestra comprising some of the top musicians in the country. They all play regularly with major UK orchestras such as the BBC Symphony, BBC Philharmonic, Hallé and the Royal Liverpool Philharmonic and have been chosen not only for their incredible musical skills but also for their fun, friendly nature; important when performing to a young audience who may have never seen or heard a live orchestra before.

The orchestra is conducted by the BBC Symphony Orchestra's Steve Magee who, incredibly, is able to sync The Snowman score to the film with split second precision.

Howard Blake’s music is as wonderful to play as it is to listen to, and to enjoy it at it’s best, you need the most skilled musicians around.
